At Savoir Beds, we take pride in the artisanal quality of our sleep systems; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of non-bespoke accessories, we offer a 30-day return window for items in original condition. Please note that custom-made mattresses and headboards are handcrafted to individual specifications and are typically excluded from standard returns.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team or visit your local showroom within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Item

  Ensure the item is unused and securely packed in its original luxury packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Arrange Collection

  Once approved, we will coordinate a premium courier service to collect the item from your residence at a scheduled time.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Upon receipt at our workshop, our specialists will inspect the item, and your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
